Simon Rosenberger
Our Managing Director, Mr. Simon Rosenberger, was born in Passau and has lived in Munich since 2000. Since his accreditation as a real estate agent in 2007, the real estate industry has not only shaped his life, but is his passion. After more than 5 years as location and office manager of a Munich real estate agency, he took up the position of sales manager at Postbank-Immobilien GmbH in 2012. His experience covers the entire real estate segment, from the sale of classic existing properties to the luxury segment, whether residential or commercial real estate or special cases such as foundation sales, usufruct and residential right constellations or heritable building right constellations, the marketing of boarding houses and much more. He specializes in the marketing and development of residential and commercial properties as well as the sale of new-build properties with full support for property developers in Munich. Mr. Simon Rosenberger has many years of historical experience from his family roots in a property development company and also has the expertise to acquire problematic properties in need of renovation and subsequent refurbishment. With over 400 property sales and approx. 500 lettings, Mr. Rosenberger knows the Munich location and real estate market in all its facets and peculiarities.
